This are the release notes for H-World 0.1.1 (Please also read the former release notes!) Since the last release some major features have been finished: - A HTML based help system. H-World now has a very simple HTML browser to display help files inside the game. Press ? (the question mark key) to open the general help page with links to more help pages. (Using HTML also allows to browse the help files outside of H-World. Take a look at the 'help' subdirectory). - Trading: instead of the town, there is now a marketplace with some traders. Approach a trader to start trading. All trade in H-World/The Jungle is bartering, there is no money currently. Please see also the in-game help about trading to learn how to use the trade/bartering UI. - The armor piercing ability of weapons is now fully implemented. I.e. a weapon with a 50% piercing ability bypasses damage reduction from armor with a 50% chance. A few minor changes: - The inventory view is more compact now. It also displays things on ground, and thing can be easily dropped or picked up from ground in the inventory view. The 'inspector' box was removed - item properties are now automatically displayed if the mouse is moved over an item. - Attacks can simply miss now. Smaller targets are harder to hit. - New weapon prefixes: sharp, slicing, shattering, crushing and piercing. - A look command. It briefly lists all visible things in a quadrant. - The forest/wilderness is now always lit. Day/night change will be implemented in a future version.
